Sorry if this was already brought up. Anyone else notice that the two ends of the Sage of the six paths Staff basically represent the two halves of his bloodline that makes the whole? Meaning the Elder brother is the crescent moon and the Younger brother is the full moon as depicted here in the mid left and the bottom left panels Naruto/Ashura and Sasuke/Indra should close the vicious circle of wars that was started by the original brothers…so no I don’t think Naruto will be reborn in future generations. Ever since Tobi told the story of the Sage and his sons I’ve been waiting for a connection to be made between the sons and Naruto and Sasuke. I can’t say I was expecting them to be their reincarnations though. I’m not 100% happy with it since Naruto has always had a really strong sense of identity and now it’s like his personality and everything he’s done was predestined because he’s Ashura’s reincarnation. I think reincarnation stories only work if the people have very distinct personalities. On the plus side it means in another life Naruto was the Sage’s son and Indra’s brother (who I’m assuming is Sasuke now.

Did you pay attention to those panel, where the collosseum guards are saying, that the collosseum is almost at its limit. Meaning that, probably, another blow will bring that down. Won’t it be possible that the arena will lose its support? And if it’s that the case, what is it right below? Isn’t it the factory/toy house? If that were to happen, I just realize we would have a small war underground, and by my counting, both sides have the same amount of numbers.

I’d like that people who are speaking about “Skipped fight in the Arc” accept to wait until the END of the Arc to mention it.
If when Doffy will be beaten, then I think you’ll can say that too many fights were skipped, but only if it’s the case.
We are more or less at the middle of the Arc. Don’t worry, you will see Usopp and Franky shine. Should it be in the Factory or in 1v1 figts, you’ll see them.  Your judgment, when you read it everyweek or every book, is totally different according to which you do. I read it everyweek, but I try to judge Arcs when they are done.  And the SH always rely on chance, we know it. So yeah that’s a big coup de chance that Sugar fainted after being scarred remember, she has the appearance of a child, so she can have some of its reaction.

But the reasons for believing Keni is imagination is as good as the reasons others have who do not believe. The panel showing SS members saying they could not sense reiatsu before Keni appears is open for discussion.

Similarly is the eyepatch and the way he fights. Nothing is said without doubt as a fact here until the manga ends and is always open for discussion, just because many people believe in something does not make it right. Getting her second origin alongside the boost from face has done wonders to her. If we trust the magic games and shelia it kinda seems like regular wendy can fight at a level actually resembling jubia’s although her power can increase substantially at times. I do wonder what was it that made doranbolt appear there. I thought he did not even know where face was. Who would have told him.

I get the impression the face plot point was dealt with too easily though. Well, at least it was not as easy as destroying the thing otherwise the manga would not have made a shred of sense. Still, all we got was charle pretending to be nicolas cage and the complete randomness of doranbolt appearing. Perhaps doranbolt just met gerard. Now, seeing how the manga has developed it kinda seems like FT does not stand a chance here. Everyone seems to be at a significant disadvantage so far or at the best case scenario even. Mira is actually being pushed here. Even with the whole of FT there it would seem that only a small number of FT fighters actually could do something here. Elfman is obviously cursed to irrelevance at this point, he is not defeating any of the big bads. He could fight perhaps at most with one of the lesser demons. Even then, there is also minerva out there. As a demon she might even match the main demons. Which means he can take on easily anyone who is not makarov, mira, erza, natsu, gajeel, grey, gildarts, laxus, jubia full powered or whatnot and perhaps a few others. I would think even freed and his crew are kinda doomed to irrelevance given the bit about them not having second origin. The rest of FT is likely to only be worth a damn as a group. I do wonder what role makarov has to play in this arc. He should be sort of a big shot here. I wonder if there is a reason he has not used fairy law yet. Perhaps he is too old to actually use it at this point.

This manga is all about the war of rikudou’s sons that brought hell to the ninja world. Kaguya and rikudou’s brother has nothing to do with it.

If ever kishi will decide that rikudou’s brother had a role in this manga, then it goes the same to their mother. If that were the case, then this manga will change from being a ninja to being an alien. So with that, we’re going to witness even the family/clansmen of kaguya. And then what? The next war would be about. The speculation on Japanese message boards has been that Hagoromo’s brother, Asura, and Indra are probably the ancestors of several different clans, including at the very least the Uchiha, Senju, Hyuga, Kaguya, and Hagoromo clans. Perhaps not direct bloodline heirs, but offshoots of the main bloodline.

It would’ve been really cool to see Usopp take her out, Trebol immediately notice then hop back to attack Usopp, then him get intercepted by Sai/Boo/Cavendish/whoever and then a huge page of all the former toys ready to fight Trebol.

Oda is very creative but in reality, this was handled poorly. I still enjoyed the chapter but from an unbiased standpoint, Oda really dropped the ball here.  Still, watching all of the former toys pounce on Trebol, presumably next chapter, will be quite fun to watch. I wonder who will take him out.  And i also don’t see why people are surprised Franky got defeated. We already knew Dellinger was heading there, we saw him barely holding his own against Senor Pink and Machvise, and then a Vice Admiral entered the fray. We can assume Bastille isn’t a light weight either since he was talking down about Maynard who’s also a fellow Vice Admiral. No I was agreeing with you, you probably didn’t get the way I phrased it, but I figured instead of turning him into a toy she decided to kill him. thats all I was saying.

If this Kenpachi is Yachiru’s imagination, then if he does not win, I would expect Unohana to appear and stomp Gremmy. It’s really hard to say if Kenpachi is or isn’t Yachiru’s imagination it sounds like a crazy theory, yet at the same time it makes a lot of sense given the nature of Gremmy’s power and a few weird details about this fight, such as Kenpachi’s sudden and extremely convenient appearance, his eyepatch being back, his subordinates not being able to sense him before, and now he suddenly can actually pinpoint people’s location by sensing their reiatsu.

He also hasn’t used his Shikai’s power yet. you figure he would be more eager to use it now that he finally can comunicate with it. Plus, even if Kenpachi did have a way to get another eyepatch on, myself and a lot of other people kind of expected he wouldn’t use it anymore after his fight with Unohana.  It is a logical conclusion, not simply my expectations. When Ichigo undergoes major metamorphosis he is often unrecognizable. when they see his reiatsu they blurt out” wtf is that.” Zaraki is both unhandcuffing himself AND finally releasing his Zan. That should make him appear Very different from before. if the writing is consistent. An actual Ausachi presence alone should alter the perception of his reiatsu. The whole vanishing point dude was a prank. Prank games. The kid is a direct rewrite of the Fullbring arcade kid. The fact that he will “stick” to the game will be his weakness. Again, if his priority wasn’t games then he could simply have imagined them all dead the moment he met them. He could be working with another Sternritter. When he imagines them dead, the other strenritter dismembers the bodies to make it permanent.

There are several natural ways to combat it, but the question is, is Hoshino doing anything to combat against her wrist pain. Editor-san, get her to do some physical therapy every single day! When the brother passed away or was about to, the shell must have been extracted, been put in a barrier that created the moon, and sent to the outer space. Tobi or someone said that the Sennin split the Juubi in two before he died – one part was the Juubi’s outer self that became the Gedo Mazou, which was sealed in a barrier and sent out of the world; the other part that became the bijuu.  It is possible – it may be how he unlocked the Rinnegan. Might have even been the first Uchiha he met, which would make sense if Indra was the first one to unlock Rinnegan or watered down Rinnegan from Sharingan. Which is interesting, as his Rinnegan was shown to be spirals while Madara unlocked ripples.

I don’t think Sasuke is the reincarnation of Indra. Indra seems to believe power is everything, probably for decades, while Sasuke believes in power because of what Itachi did and his desire for revenge. Otherwise Sasuke as a kid seemed to be good and nowhere near power-obsessed or anything. I’d say Madara is more like Indra, as they believe in power. Sasuke doesn’t want to rule via power, IMO. I don’t think it was a lie. Genetics. Kishi can explain it using genetics – that Uchiha was blessed with better genetics than the Senju, and as the time went by, the genes could have had less probability of showing. If you understand Punnet Square, you’ll understand what I’m talking about.  I’d say the younger son and Naruto were the most similar, though I’m not sure if it’s organic similarity. They both believe in love above all else, and if Naruto still had his dad, he might have believed in that from childhood. It seems like Kishi’s trying to make Naruto resemble everyone good, like Hashirama and the younger son, and he has a fetish for brothers/bonds: Naruto-Sasuke, Hashirama-Tobirama, Madara-Izuna, Hashirama-Madara, Kakashi-Obito, Rikudou Sennin-his brother, and ancestor of Uchiha-ancestor of Senju. Hell, Senju-Uzumaki!

And we’d see more fleshed out versions of those fights there. As for entirely off-panel fights, that might be a combination of that, plus Oda might have gotten feedback that readers felt the situation had been dragged out for too long already. It doesn’t make sense for him to “rush” these fights unintentionally after taking a break for a week. I think it was done deliberately. That being said, I find it kind of sad that we didn’t see Usopp in a proper fight as well, but there’s still plenty of opportunities for that.

Oh, and I found the flashbacks incredibly awesome. Very high level story telling. Curos’ and Scarlett’s story told outside the OP-universe would make for an awesome plot to a best-selling movie (best-selling for the righ reasons), that’s the kind of level I think it’s on. Probably the highlight of this arc to me. Franky lost against Dellinger, Machvise, Senor Pink, veteran VA Bastille, 100 of marines, 100 of DD’s man. This is really not bad but, seeing how he got owned, how Robin got owned, hw usopp got owned and how Nami, Chopper and Brook are always scared by the ennemies, don’t want to fight and are kind of weak, this makes me think that the monster “quatuor” (luffy, Zorro, Sanji and Franky) cannot handle DD & his crew, Marines and Big mom by themselves. or any other strongly numbred and powerful crew in the new world. with a 10 members crew with the same amount of power as the monster trio, they could finger in the nose beat anyone but with this “configuration” I have some doubts.
